Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be mentioned on the website or product page.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.

  • We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

Delivery Issues

  • If the delivery address or contact details provided are incorrect, we will not be responsible for failed deliveries.

  • If an order is returned due to non-availability or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the package and product must be shared for verification.

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution.
