How to Initiate a Return

Conditions for Return

The original seal must be intact

The product must not be tampered with

Serial numbers or labels are altered or removed
Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Process
Online Payments

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
