Refund policy

We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Return Scenarios

Returns will be accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • The product has a physical manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect product was delivered

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at diva.bellezza11@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The original seal must be intact

  • The product must not be tampered with

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The seal is broken

  • The product has been used

  • Serial numbers or labels are altered or removed

Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected.

  • If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • If the product is found ineligible, it will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Process

Online Payments

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days after approval.
